Our priority focus will be:
1. Website strategy and plan – reviewing your website redesign activities and updates – benchmarking against best practice and identifying opportunties for improvement. (additional digital channels such as social/search and email can be added in if we have capacity)
2. Personalised action plan – keep everyone on track to agreed project plans, define where to direct your time for maximum return on your marketing efforts. Helping you break down your strategy and plans into achievable, practical steps that you can commit to and complete each month.
3. Team alignment – ensure everyone (internal resources and external partners) is on the same page, talking the same language and working most effectively towards the same goals.

We’ll meet fortnightly as a team on Zoom where we prioritise, troubleshoot, plan your next steps (and keep you accountable to your commitments).
On-demand marketing expertise – access to the latest, best practice thinking and strategies at the fraction of the cost of hiring your own CMO.
A mentor and coach who will transfer knowledge and align your teams by working as a business partner.
Tools, knowledge and skills for success – access to the latest marketing and digital best practices, tools and software.

2 x fortnightly 60 min sessions per month
2 x 60 minute Zoom calls per month with key members of your digital and marketing teams (internal Provida staff/external agencies/partners)

- Facilitate group workshops, review upcoming project/milestones and stay on track with plans and strategy
- Email support (up to 30 mins of ask-me-anything) in between sessions if required * more support available if needed at additional costs
