Is to advise and connect you to the best strategy, processes and partners that you need to achieve digital growth.

Our priority focus will be: 

  1. Digital strategy – define your destination and keep you laser focused with a roadmap and plan.
  2. Personalised priority action plan – focus on what needs doing next and where to best direct your time for maximum return on your marketing efforts. Breaking down your plans into achievable, practical steps that you can commit to and complete each month. 
  3. Performance audits– reviewing your ongoing activities, benchmarking against best practice, identifying opportunties for improvement and measuring your success along the way.
  4. Team alignment – ensure everyone is on the same page and working most effectively towards the same goals.

< What you will get >

We’ll meet fortnightly as a team on Zoom where we prioritise, troubleshoot, plan your next steps (and keep you accountable to your commitments).

  • Facilitate 2 x 60 minute Zoom calls per month with key members of your teams (internal BCD/external partners) 
  • Guide and direct digital marketing strategies, roadmap and plans. 
  • Transfer skills and knowledge – bring industry expertise and guidance
  • 1 x monthly audit perfomance report of your key activities
  • Advise and direct teams – review upcoming project/milestones and keep team aligned with plans and strategy
  • Email support (up to 30 mins of ask-me-anything) in between sessions if required * more support available if needed at additional costs

2 x fortnightly 60 min sessions per month + audits and support 

  1. 3 month package – $2940 + GST
  2. 6 month package – $5390 + GST  (equivalent of 1 consultancy session free)
  3. 12 month package – $9878 + GST (equivalent of 1 month free)
